Welcome to QuickBro (“QuickBro”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the QuickBro website, application, software, features, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using QuickBro, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use QuickBro.
1. About QuickBro
QuickBro is a software platform designed to help freelancers, professionals, agencies, and businesses manage their professional activities, including:
- Profiles
- Clients
- Projects
- Tasks
- Documents
- Contracts and NDAs
- Portfolio information
- Meetings
- Invoices
- Business-related information
- Third-party integrations
QuickBro is a software and management platform. We do not act as your client, employer, contractor, accountant, lawyer, or business representative.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use QuickBro.
By using QuickBro, you confirm that:
- The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- You have authority to create and use the account.
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You will not use QuickBro for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
If you are using QuickBro on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
3. Creating an Account
Some QuickBro features may require you to create an account.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information.
- Keeping your login credentials confidential.
- Maintaining the security of your account.
- All activity performed through your account.
- Informing us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise provide your account access to another person in a way that violates your subscription or these Terms.
4. User Content
QuickBro may allow you to upload, create, store, or manage content such as:
- Client information
- Project information
- Documents
- Contracts
- NDAs
- Images
- Logos
- Portfolio content
- Invoices
- Notes
- Other business information
All such information and content that you submit to QuickBro is referred to as “User Content.”
You retain ownership of your User Content.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, ownership, and use of your User Content.
You must ensure that you have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and consents required to upload or process the content through QuickBro.
5. License to Operate the Service
By uploading or submitting User Content to QuickBro, you grant QuickBro a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to:
- Provide the QuickBro Service
- Store your information
- Display your content to you or people you authorize
- Process requested integrations
- Maintain and secure the platform
- Perform backups and technical operations
This license ends when the relevant content is deleted, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary for legitimate technical, security, or legal purposes.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use QuickBro responsibly and lawfully.
You must not:
- Use QuickBro for illegal activities.
- Upload malicious software or harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user’s account.
- Attempt to bypass security or access restrictions.
- Interfere with the operation of QuickBro.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by applicable law.
- Scrape or collect data from QuickBro without authorization.
- Abuse APIs, integrations, or platform resources.
- Use QuickBro to distribute spam, malware, scams, or fraudulent content.
- Upload content that infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Impersonate another person or organization.
- Use QuickBro in a way that could damage the platform or other users.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Client and Business Information
QuickBro may allow you to manage information about your clients, customers, contractors, employees, or other third parties.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have a lawful basis and appropriate permission to collect, store, and process such information.
QuickBro does not determine whether your collection or use of third-party information complies with applicable privacy laws.
You should not upload sensitive or confidential information unless you are authorized to do so and the use of QuickBro is appropriate for that information.
8. Documents and Confidential Information
QuickBro may provide tools for storing contracts, NDAs, project documents, invoices, and other files.
QuickBro does not provide legal advice.
Documents generated, uploaded, stored, or managed through QuickBro should not be treated as legal advice or as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
You are responsible for reviewing your documents and ensuring that they meet your legal and business requirements.
9. Third-Party Integrations
QuickBro may integrate with third-party services such as:
- Zoom
- Google services
- Calendar services
- Payment providers
- Cloud storage providers
- Email services
- Other third-party platforms
Your use of third-party integrations may be subject to the third party’s own terms and policies.
When you connect a third-party service, you authorize QuickBro to access and process information necessary to provide the requested functionality.
QuickBro is not responsible for:
- Changes made by third-party services
- Third-party service outages
- Third-party API limitations
- Changes to third-party pricing
- Loss of functionality caused by third-party providers
- Third-party privacy or security practices
10. Subscription Plans and Paid Services
QuickBro may offer free and paid subscription plans.
Paid features, pricing, usage limits, billing periods, and included functionality may vary depending on the plan selected.
Before purchasing a paid plan, you will be provided with the applicable pricing and subscription information.
We reserve the right to change pricing or subscription plans in the future.
Changes to pricing will generally apply to future billing periods and will not retroactively change completed purchases unless required by law.
11. Payments
Payments for QuickBro subscriptions or other paid services may be processed through third-party payment providers.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to process charges associated with your selected plan.
QuickBro may receive information such as:
- Transaction ID
- Payment status
- Subscription status
- Plan information
- Payment date
- Refund status
QuickBro generally does not store your complete card number, CVV, or banking credentials.
12. Automatic Subscription Renewal
If a subscription is configured for automatic renewal, your subscription may automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the next renewal date.
You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the applicable subscription fee according to your selected plan.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not want it to renew.
13. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options available within QuickBro or through the applicable payment provider.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellation generally stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse charges that have already been processed.
Your access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid billing period.
14. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the applicable plan, purchase terms, payment provider rules, and applicable law.
Where QuickBro provides a specific refund policy for a subscription or service, that policy will apply.
If a refund is approved, it may be processed through the original payment method and may take additional time depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
15. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
QuickBro may occasionally provide free trials, promotional pricing, credits, or other offers.
We may impose additional conditions on such offers.
Unless otherwise stated:
- Promotional offers may be limited to eligible users.
- Multiple accounts may not be used to abuse promotional offers.
- Promotional benefits may not be transferred or sold.
- We may modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time, subject to applicable law.
16. Service Availability
We aim to keep QuickBro available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Service will:
- Always be available
- Always operate without interruption
- Be completely error-free
- Be free from security vulnerabilities
- Always maintain every feature
- Always be compatible with every device or browser
QuickBro may occasionally be unavailable due to:
- Maintenance
- Updates
- Security incidents
- Technical problems
- Hosting issues
- Network failures
- Third-party service failures
- Events outside our reasonable control
17. Data Backup
Although we may use reasonable measures to protect and back up platform data, you should maintain your own copies of important documents and information.
QuickBro does not guarantee that User Content will never be lost, damaged, corrupted, or accidentally deleted.
For important business records, you should maintain an independent backup.
18. Intellectual Property
QuickBro and its original software, design, branding, logos, features, interfaces, documentation, and other materials are owned by QuickBro or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not:
- Copy QuickBro’s software or design.
- Reproduce QuickBro branding without permission.
- Resell or redistribute the Service.
- Modify or create derivative versions of the Service.
- Reverse engineer the Service where prohibited by law.
- Use QuickBro’s trademarks without permission.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of QuickBro’s intellectual property to you.
19. Feedback
If you provide suggestions, ideas, feedback, or recommendations about QuickBro, you agree that we may use them to improve or develop our services without owing you compensation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
20. Privacy
Your use of QuickBro is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and process information.
By using QuickBro, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.
21. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to QuickBro if:
- You violate these Terms.
- You engage in fraudulent or abusive activity.
- You create a security risk.
- You fail to pay applicable subscription fees.
- Your use of QuickBro creates legal or operational risk.
- We are required to do so by law.
- We discontinue the applicable Service.
Where reasonably possible, we may provide notice before suspension or termination.
22. Effect of Termination
After termination:
- Your right to access QuickBro may end.
- Paid subscriptions may no longer be available.
- Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business, security, or legal purposes.
- You remain responsible for any obligations that arose before termination.
Where available, you should export or download important information before closing your account.
23. Disclaimer
QuickBro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We do not guarantee that QuickBro will meet every user’s specific requirements or that the Service will operate without interruption or errors.
QuickBro does not provide:
- Legal advice
- Financial advice
- Tax advice
- Accounting advice
- Professional business advice
You are responsible for decisions made using information or tools provided through QuickBro.
24. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuickBro and its owners, employees, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
This may include losses relating to:
- Lost profits
- Lost business opportunities
- Loss of data
- Business interruption
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of goodwill
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
25. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QuickBro and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your User Content
- Your misuse of QuickBro
- Your violation of applicable laws
- Your infringement of another person’s rights
- Your unauthorized use of third-party information
26. Changes to QuickBro
We may modify, add, remove, or discontinue features of QuickBro from time to time.
We may also introduce new features, change existing functionality, or discontinue features that are no longer practical or supported.
Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.
27. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make material changes, we may notify users through QuickBro, email, or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of QuickBro after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the revised Terms.
28. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to QuickBro or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
If QuickBro is operated by a specific legal entity, the applicable registered business details and jurisdiction may be added or updated accordingly.
29. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where permitted by law.
The remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.
30. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the QuickBro Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features or services, constitute the agreement between you and QuickBro regarding your use of the Service.
